Jean-Antoine de Mandato, a Swiss and Italian national, was born in Paris and raised in several European countries. He successfully completed his studies in Organization and Industrial Psychology at the University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland.

Jean-Antoine began his career with Nestlé where he learned the basics of Human Resources Management in Switzerland, London, Milan and Caracas. He then joined Philip Morris International where he was given the opportunity to build a career covering all facets of the Human Resources Function in a broad range of geographies; his last position with PMI was Vice President HR European Union Region. Jean-Antoine then joined Rolex where he served as Head of Human Resources; this career move provided him with a constructive transition to his co-ownership and partnership with PDP Performance Development Partners in 2005. In January 2008 he became the sole shareholder and Managing Director of PDP. End 2010, in order to ensure growth and succession for PDP, Jean-Antoine took the decision to sell to a new management team led by Pascal Laurent Favre. The sale was effective January 1, 2011 and Jean-Antoine is pleased to continue his activity with PDP with the new management.

Jean-Antoine is also a Master Coach certified by Dr. Suzanne Skiffington PhD of the Behavioral Coaching Institute and is a member of the International Coaching Council (ICC). He enjoys multicultural environments which has equipped him with a high degree of sensitivity to diversity. His background also enabled him to develop a natural ability to adapt to differing situations and cultures.

Jean-Antoine’s working languages are English, French, Italian and Spanish.
