Pascal Laurent Favre

Born in Geneva, Pascal Laurent Favre, a Swiss and French citizen, earned his Masters Degree in Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. 

Pascal began his career in the sales and marketing field, working for major car brands in Switzerland and Germany. He subsequently managed the family car dealership business prior to joining Renault Suisse SA as Sales Director and Member of the Board for its subsidiaries in the finance/leasing and car retailing sectors. As Director within the Erb Group (which later became Alcadis) he led the successful turnaround and resolution of HR issues for a 100-employee subsidiary, and was later in charge of the relaunch of its Opel activities in Switzerland. Prior to joining PDP, Pascal held the role of Secretary General of a Group of Companies (with over 200 employees) in the environmental services throughout Switzerland. He serves on the board of several companies and lectures on entrepreneurship at Venture Lab and other institutions.

Pascal’s deep interest in managing change and in coaching individuals led him to take over PDP as of January 2011. His goals are to maintain the high level of service for clients and candidates in the area of career transition, to reinforce the team and expand the services particularly in the area of leadership coaching and training. Pascal believes that helping companies and people through change makes sound personal and business sense for a successful future.

Pascal’s working languages are French, English, German/Swiss German and Italian.
