Group Programs
If requested by a client company or organization, group outplacement programs can be organized for between three and eight individuals. These programs include a minimum of 20 hours of counseling for each group, including individual sessions for candidates. Group sessions can be organized either on the company's premises or at PDP’s offices.
The subjects covered are :
- career and personal assessment
- goal setting
- preparation of curriculum vitae (CV)
- networking strategy and support
- guidance on the local and international job market
- interview preparation and negotiation techniques.
In addition, if required, office environment can be made available to individuals taking part in PDP's Group Programs.
